Rather than take on the usual methods of the top athletes with intelligent diets, careful preparation, and good conditions, they head out on a rainy day with giant fat suits. If you have never tried climbing with butt that weighs 15 lbs, Tom and Pete recommend it, but not if you actually want to send.
